CHOCOLATE PEANUT BUTTER BANANA PROTEIN SMOOTHIE

1 Frozen Banana, Sliced 

1 Scoop Chocolate Whey Protein Powder 

1 TBSP Raw Cocoa Powder

.5 TBSP PB2 Peanut Butter Powder

1 Cup Reduced Fat Organic Chocolate Milk OR Chocolate Almond Milk

4-5 Ice Cubes

Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.

** Note: It should have a thicker consistency. Only add a little bit of liquid if needed. Adding too much liquid will thin it out and create a soup like consistency. **

STRAWBERRY 
BANANA PROTEIN SMOOTHIE

1 Scoop Vanilla Whey Protein Powder 

1 Cup Vanilla Nut Milk (can be Almond, Cashew or you can even do Soy Milk)

4-5 Ice Cubes

Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
